Three Major Crushes Today

Crush 1: How cute is this beach shack! ...and the bush behind leads directly to the beach (see below), well... sort off, it's probably quicker to walk around the corner than bush bash. It's definitely worth a look don't you think... it goes to auction in a couple of weeks...

Crush 2: My beautiful friend Mel bought me these light shades and today they were hung, aren't they gorgeous... thanks Mel, I love them! They're available from Hermon and Hermon in Melbourne if you wanted to get some (they post to anywhere in Australia)...

Crush 3:
My beautiful family... a snapshot from the weekend.

Before and After

Here are a couple of before and after piccies from the second house I styled last week. The owners of every house are soooo wonderful and put in such a massive effort.

I think it's hard to see the wood for the trees when it's your own home, I know when we next sell I'll definitely need help, after 4.5 years we've settled in for the long haul and have already accumulated far too much!

BTW, I have found the next project, the issue is I only have till Saturday to convince my husband... take a look here. He hates the idea so I don't like my chances.

Most of the photos below are from my iphone so not the best quality.

Before and After

It's been a crazy couple of weeks, I'm sorry about the lack of posts. After the flu I've had three properties to style in six days, two of which had five bedrooms... so it's been a little mad.

I thought I'd post a couple of piccies of the properties I've styled. Typically when I go out on a job I
ask the owner to store ALOT, I tend to use 90% of their furniture (mainly to avoid the expense of hire furniture), and then bring in beautiful flowers, soft furnishings, accessories, artwork and bedlinen.

The before photos in this house are taken on my iphone so not the best quality. The other houses will come in the next couple of posts.
